Sharing the joy of Nia is my passion, my purpose and my movement medicine! More than just a workout, Nia is a holistic fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life – body, mind, emotion and spirit. Nia is low-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to individual needs, for everybody, regardless of age, health or fitness level.
We listen to the music and dance to the music, we play and we celebrate connection with ourselves and others through movement. Nia combines elements of dance with martial arts and relaxation techniques, nourishing body, mind and soul – joyous, playful and mindful all at the same time.
