Move Your Body,
Move Your Soul

Sharing the joy of Nia is my passion, my purpose and my movement medicine! More than just a workout, Nia is a holistic fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life – body, mind, emotion and spirit. Nia is low-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to individual needs, for everybody, regardless of age, health or fitness level.

We listen to the music and dance to the music, we play and we celebrate connection with ourselves and others through movement. Nia combines elements of dance with martial arts and relaxation techniques, nourishing body, mind and soul – joyous, playful and mindful all at the same time.

“Movement is the mother of health,
well-being and conditioning”

1st Degree Nia Black Belt Teacher

When I found Nia in 2006 I knew I had found what I wanted to embody, live and teach. My classes offer a deeply respectful and caring environment while encouraging a sense of play. I love to balance the discipline and precision of the Nia form with lots of room for freedom and expression. My passion is sharing Nia with my students supporting individuals on their path to become the healthiest, strongest, most authentic & alive versions of themselves.
