About NIA

Nia is about you and your body – getting in to it, feeling at home with it whatever your shape, size or fitness level. In 1983 Debbie Rosas Stewart and Carlos AyaRosas co-created Nia as a well-being fitness and lifestyle practice that has benefited people around the globe.
